When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final, including off-site purchases. Items must be paid in full on the day of the sale.
Items will not be released/ retrieved until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions.
Shipping is available within Canada at the buyer's expense. In addition to the standard shipping rates, there is a $10 minimum packaging and handling fee.

AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION: Pickup is the next day, 9 am to 4 pm, or by appointment. Purchasers must notify us immediately if our pickup day doesn’t work for them. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their own pickup.
CUT THE CLUTTER does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are our opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur, although we endeavor to provide you with accurate information in what we write. We strongly recommend you personally view any item you bid on. Any items not picked up in a reasonable time period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. Your CTC account will be publicly notified to show non-payment, to prevent you from causing undue stress to other auctioneers.

Buyer's Premium: Each lot sold is subject to a 20% buyers premium (unless posted otherwise) of the successful bid price of each lot. This will be added to the invoice after the auction closes.
