When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Including off-site purchases. Items must be paid in full on the day of the sale.
All of our Auctions operate on a slow-close system, wherein lot #1 ends at 7:00:00 pm, lot #2 ends at 7:00:15 pm, and so forth. Any bids placed on an item with only 3:00 minutes remaining will have a 2:00-minute extension placed on the item.
Items will not be released/ retrieved until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions.
RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve.
REGISTRATION: By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list (i.e., text message & email advertisements) for future sales.
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION: Pickup is the next day, 10 am to 2 pm, or by appointment. Purchasers must notify us immediately if our pickup day doesn’t work for them. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their own pickup.
CUT THE CLUTTER does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are our opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur, although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend you personally view any item you bid on. CUT THE CLUTTER cannot be held liable.
Any items not picked up in a reasonable time period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. You will be publicly notified to prevent non-payment, which may cause undue stress to other auctioneers.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BEFORE THE PICKUP DEADLINE WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF CUT THE CLUTTER AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER (UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CUT THE CLUTTER!

Buyer's Premium: Each lot sold is subject to a 16% buyers premium (unless posted otherwise) of the successful bid price of each lot. This will be added to the invoice after the auction closes.
